Farlight Collective has shipped update 2.4 for Starlit Vagrants, headlined by full crossplay across PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Crews can now form across any mix of platforms, with cross-progression following "before the end of the year," according to the patch notes.

The update also opens the Ember Verge, a high-difficulty frontier sector aimed at veteran crews: six new stations, a faction of salvage barons with their own reputation ladder, and station-defence scenarios that finally give engineers something to panic about at home as well as in transit.

Quality-of-life changes round out the patch — a shared crew journal, ping-based communication for headset-free sessions, and a much-requested option to rename your ship without visiting a shipwright.

Starlit Vagrants took our Editor's Choice medallion in July with a 9.3 review. Update 2.4 is live now on all platforms, free for all owners.
